We’re voting NO on REI’s first contract offer on Wednesday, February 4th.
After 25 days at our national bargaining table, your bargaining committee is unanimously recommending a NO.

Our contract vote will take place on February 4th. We only have one day to get our votes in, so it’s essential you make time to submit your ballot.
How will we vote on the contract?
You will receive a personalized link in your personal email to vote digitally.
When will we vote on the contract?
The vote will begin at 6:00am PST / 9:00am EST on February 4th 2026 and end at 11:59pm PST / 2:59am EST.
Why is it important for me to attend the contract overview webinar?

It’s essential you join us for one of the two webinar sessions because we’ll be explaining everything you need to know about our contract and the voting process. This will also be your chance to ask questions about the agreement and hear how other green vests feel about the contract.
