"What can I say at work?"
You have the right to talk about anything relating to pay, benefits, hours, workplace issues or working conditions.
Here's how to know if you're in the clear: if you have a reason to believe what you're saying is true, and is about working conditions, you can talk about it!
"Where can I talk about all of this?"
You're able to talk about all of these things anywhere at work, at home, online, as well as anywhere outside of work.
In all cases where you're allowed to talk about things unrelated to your job at work, you also have the right to talk about working conditions!
For example: if you’re allowed to talk about last night’s football game, you're allowed to talk about any working condition.
"When can I talk about all of this?"
You're allowed to talk about all of these things anytime you're at work, anytime you're working, and whenever you're on break — and anytime you're allowed to talk about anything NOT related to work.
"How can I talk about working conditions?"
You can discuss all of these things both online and in-person with whoever you like — including your coworkers, family, friends, or whoever!
